By creating an account or using Kinesis, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.
What Kinesis provides
Kinesis helps you record training, nutrition, movement, sleep, measurements, and check-ins, then produces estimates and fitness recommendations. Features may change as the product develops.
Fitness and health disclaimer
Kinesis provides general fitness information and mathematical estimates. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate judgment, stop if you feel pain or illness, and consult a qualified professional when needed, especially if you have a medical condition or are changing diet or training substantially.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another person’s account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Kinesis, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security, upload malicious material, scrape the service at scale, infringe others’ rights, or use Kinesis unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users.
Ownership and license
Kinesis, its software, design, branding, and original content belong to the service provider or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Kinesis reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet access and compatible hardware may be required. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kinesis is provided without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending your account
You may stop using Kinesis at any time. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated data, or deletion of specific records, visit the Kinesis deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as Kinesis evolves. The effective date above will change when an update is published. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
