Delete your account.
This page is the public deletion-request path for the Kinesis Android app, operated by Keshav Bihani.
Send a deletion request
Email us from an address you can access and include the username on your Kinesis account. We may ask you to verify ownership, but we will never ask for your password.

What we delete
Once account ownership is verified, we delete the account and data associated with it from active Kinesis systems, including:
- name, username, profile, goals, preferences, and measurements;
- workouts, sets, exercise history, recommendations, stimulus, and recovery records;
- food, nutrition, movement, sleep, and check-in records;
- derived estimates and other account-linked app data.
What to expect

- Complete any reasonable account-ownership check we send you.
- We will confirm when deletion is complete, normally within 30 days of verification.
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your training history and cannot recover it after the request is completed.
Limited retention
We may retain the minimum information required to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until those backups are routinely replaced. Retained information is not used for ordinary product features.
Delete data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual records. Kinesis lets you edit or delete supported workout, food, movement, and measurement entries inside the app. Deleting or moving a record also recalculates account-linked daily totals, training stimulus, recovery, and historical summaries that depended on it.
For data that does not have an in-app delete control, send a request using the email link above. Include your Kinesis username, the category of data, and the date or date range involved. Examples include:
- a specific workout, exercise, set, food entry, movement entry, check-in, or measurement;
- all records in a category, such as nutrition history or body measurements;
- derived estimates that should be recalculated after source records are corrected or removed.
After verifying ownership, we will remove the requested data from active systems and confirm completion, normally within 30 days. Your account remains active unless you explicitly ask us to delete it. The same limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention conditions described above apply.
